Pinecap was founded by Magnus Uppsäll, who leads the business and client work. The work starts with the company’s ambition and what needs to be accomplished: a clear announcement, a considered decision brief or a finished deliverable.

He also has experience as a CEO and board member. He has read company communication from three sides: the marketplace, the investor and the boardroom. Those are the same three sides from which an announcement is tested once it is published.
Magnus is the author of Signalerna, a MAR handbook for boards and management of listed companies, and Nio läsningar, a communication handbook for listed companies. Both are free to read on this site, in Swedish.
